EXPERIENCE

Thomas DeVincke has a varied commercial litigation practice.  Mr. DeVincke earned his B.A. degree from The George Washington University in 1991 and his J.D., cum laude, and Masters in the Study of Environmental Law, magna cum laude, from the Vermont Law School in 1996. Mr. DeVincke has worked as a clerk to the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee, consultant to the United States Environmental Protection Agency and served as a law clerk to the Honorable John P. Bourcier, Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Mr. DeVincke represents lenders, landlords, contractors and other businesses in general and commercial litigation matters.  Mr. DeVincke is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  He has repeatedly been named as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine.
