EXPERIENCE

Thomas DeVincke has a varied litigation practice.  Mr. DeVincke earned his B.A. degree from The George Washington University in 1991 and his J.D., magna cum laude, and Masters in the Study of Environmental Law, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 1996. 

Mr. DeVincke has served as an intern to the Honorable Claiborne Pell, United States Senate, a clerk for the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee, a consultant to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and a law clerk to the Honorable John P. Bourcier, Associate Justice, Rhode Island Supreme Court. 

Mr. DeVincke represents landlords, contractors, lenders, and other businesses in commercial litigation matters.  Mr. DeVincke has worked extensively with the manufactured housing industry throughout the State of Minnesota. 

Mr. DeVincke is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  He has named as a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine for the past decade.
