EXPERIENCE

Bradley J. Gunn practices in the areas of eminent domain, land use, and real estate litigation.

TRADE ORGANIZATIONS

Mr. Gunn is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association (Past Chair, Eminent Domain Committee), Minnesota State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Mr. Gunn is also a member of the International Right of Way Association and President of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute. He has served as a court-appointed condemnation commissioner, and he was a member of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Jury Instruction Guide Committee. Mr. Gunn is co-author of the eminent domain chapter of the Minnesota Practice - Real Estate Law treatise, West Publishing Group. Mr. Gunn has served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas on condemnation, and is a frequent speaker on condemnation and land use issues to attorney and other professional groups.

PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION

Mr. Gunn has repeatedly been named as a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine, and included in the "Best Lawyers in America"®. Selected as Best Lawyers 2016 Minneapolis Land Use and Zoning Law "Lawyer of the Year."
